These Terms govern your use of SimplifyRN (simplifyrn.com), operated by Impresa Research LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What SimplifyRN Is

SimplifyRN is a job search tool that collects travel nursing job listings from public sources and staffing agency websites. We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, or employer. We do not place nurses, negotiate pay, or take part in hiring decisions.

2. Job Listings

Listings come from third parties. We try to keep them current, but we do not guarantee that any job is still open, or that the pay, location, dates, or other details are accurate or complete. Always confirm details directly with the agency or employer before you apply or accept an offer.

When you click a listing, you leave SimplifyRN, and that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

3. Accounts

You do not need an account to browse. If you create one, you must be at least 18 years old, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account, and you agree to provide accurate information. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape, copy, or resell our data, or overload the site with automated requests; attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without permission; use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful; or misrepresent yourself as an employer, agency, or another person.

5. Agencies and Employers

If you list jobs or advertise with us, you confirm that your listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

6. Our Content

The SimplifyRN name, logo, design, and original content (such as pay summaries and statistics) belong to us. Job listings and company names belong to their respective owners.

7. No Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impresa Research LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost job opportunities, decisions based on listing information, or dealings with any agency or employer. Our total liability to you will not exceed $100.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
